双壁碳纳米管作为百吉赫兹振荡器

摘要
基于范德华相互作用, 我们无限长度单壁碳纳米管中有限长度单壁碳纳米管的周期非线性势能进行了解析求解. 结果发现, 内层单壁碳纳米管在外层单壁碳纳米管中振荡, 频率可超过十吉赫兹, 最高可达一百吉赫兹.
