域墙与 M2 膜配分函数：M 理论与 ABJM 理论

摘要
我们研究了 M 弦构型的 BPS 计数函数（自由能）。我们考虑沿不同位置分离的 M5 膜以及拉伸于其间的 M2 膜，其中 M5 膜充当插值不同 M2 膜构型的域墙。我们发现这些构型的自由能中存在递归结构。域墙上 M 弦的自由度用一对相互作用的超对称 WZW 模型来解释。我们还在 ABJM 理论的玩具模型中计算了 M 弦的椭圆亏格，并与 M 理论计算进行比较。
