摘要
利用光镊测量了单对接枝 DNA 的胶体之间的相互作用力，研究了该力与 DNA 链分子量、周围离子介质的浓度及价态的依赖关系。所测得的力为短程力，当胶体核之间的表面间距达到刷高度时开始显现。通过基于对面胶体表面链压缩的理论处理，分析了测得的力 - 距离依赖关系。对于所有参数组合，理论结果与实验均取得了定量一致。
