摘要
我们重新审视极化固体中局域电子中心DKR非辐射跃迁的效率问题。在简要综述之后，我们建立了普遍的速率方程，从而定义了控制非辐射退激发的微观参数。我们还推导了能量守恒的"水平转移速率"的量子力学表达式，以与各种振子能级上的"垂直跃迁速率"进行比较。
