冷轧Fe和Ni在重离子辐照下的耗散结构形成

摘要
我们报告了在300K下,100 MeV氧离子辐照冷轧Ni和Fe过程中的4探针电阻率测量。电阻率表现出增加和饱和,并伴有跳跃。利用200 MeV银离子辐照Fe和Si(100),并通过拓扑方法识别后者人工界面处的应变,我们将电阻率行为归因于入射离子能量在Ni和Fe内部界面耗散引起的原子重排,并具有正反馈。
