无程度、伪自旋与碳纳米管中的背散射

摘要
我们讨论了无程度对金属和半导体碳纳米管导电性质的影响。实验中，金属管道的平均自由程远大于掺杂半导体管道。我们表明，如果无程度势是长程的，则可用理论解释这一结果。描述内部亚格子结构状态的伪自旋指标导致金属管道中的散射抑制，但不抑制半导体管道中的散射。这一结论得到紧密结合计算的支持。
