锰酸盐中氧超结构的直接观测

摘要
我们利用氧 K-edge 的 X 射线衍射技术，报道了在两种典型锰酸盐中观测到的与氧 2p 态相关的超结构。我们确定了有序化的性质，并结合新的理论模型讨论了我们的图像。在条纹有序系统 Bi0.31 Ca0.69 MnO3 中，发现空穴掺杂的 O 态存在轨道有序，其传播矢量与 Mn 轨道有序相同，但在该周期下未发现支持氧电荷条纹图像的证据。在 La 7/8 Sr 1/8 MnO3 中，我们观测到由交替的贫空穴和富空穴 MnO 平面描述的 2p 电荷有序，这与最近的预测一致。
