利用SLD探测器带电Kaon直接测量A_b

摘要
我们报告了利用SLD在1997-98年获取的数据对A_b进行的新测量。该测量采用顶点标记技术，其中b半球的选取基于底强子衰变顶点的重建质量。该方法利用SLD CCD顶点探测器的三维顶点能力和SLC束流的小且稳定的特点，获得了78%的b事件标记效率和97%的纯度。由CRID探测器识别的带电Kaon提供了有效的夸克-反夸克标记，其分析能力由数据校准。我们得到的初步结果为A_b = 0.997 ± 0.044 ± 0.067。
