摘要
平行微空心阴极放电通过电学与光谱学研究以及使用ICCD相机进行表征。V-I曲线呈现汤森与正常辉光区之间的滞回循环。对于 I d =4-10mA，气体温度范围在300-500°C之间。当孔直径减小时，需要更显著的放电电压。
