应变铜线中强化机制与电噪声的直接关联

摘要
我们测量了铜金属线在拉伸应力下的电阻噪声。主电阻随时间的变化是连续的,直至导线断裂,但其涨落揭示了塑性流动的间歇性和异质性。我们特别展示了强化机制与噪声谱特性之间的直接关联。
