交换偏置体系CoO(111)/Co(111)中阻塞温度分布的稀释依赖性

摘要
在外延生长的CoO(111)/Co(111)双层膜中，我们确定了阻塞温度分布f(Tb)，它与反铁磁畴尺寸(z)分布f(z)相关。后者通过在反向冷却场中于逐渐升高的温度下反转反铁磁畴来探测。发现在整个反铁磁体CoO中引入非磁性缺陷会导致CoO内畴尺寸分布f(z)的展宽，这由展宽的f(Tb)所证实。这种展宽是交换偏置场增强的原因。
