摘要
我们提出了一个模型，描述双势垒磁性隧道结中扩散区内的面内电流隧穿输运。我们的研究表明，双结中出现特定特征，通过引入两个特征长度尺度来描述。该模型可用于测量未图案化的双势垒磁性隧道结堆叠中两个势垒的磁电阻和电阻面积乘积。
