摘要
电多极矩是绝缘体材料最基本的属性。然而，体多极矩的通用表述一直是个长期存在的问题。数十年前 King-Smith、Vanderbilt 和 Resta 给出了电偶极矩的解。近来，已有若干将 Resta 公式推广到更高阶多极矩的尝试。我们指出了近期这些提案中的若干问题。
