黑箱中的骰子：用户对不可解释算法的体验

摘要
我们证明用户可能易于对被视为智能的黑箱算法给予过度的信任。我们部署了一种据称评估用户情感写作 positivity 与 negativity 的算法。实际上，该算法以随机方式响应。我们定性地考察了用户在测试系统时所遵循的信任路径。鉴于用户轻易信任展现“智能行为”的系统的现象，我们推荐了纠正性方法。
