对监测器的研制

摘要
对监测器是国际直线对撞机(ILC)相互作用点(IP)处的束流剖面监测器。我们设计并研制了作为硅像素传感器的对监测器，其位于距IP约400 cm处。作为研制对监测器的第一步，我们开发了读出专用集成电路(ASIC)。本文报告了该读出ASIC的测试结果及未来计划。
