基于PCI Express的XPAD3 X射线光子计数成像读出电子学系统开发

摘要
XPAD3是一种大面积X射线光子计数成像仪，具有高计数率、大计数器动态范围和极快的数据读出速度。数据通过PCI Express接口使用DMA传输并行读出。包含0.5百万像素的完整探测器的读出帧率达到每秒500张图像，且无死时间。
