用于 RELICS 实验的双相-xenon 时间投影鼓腔原型机开发

摘要

RELICS(REactor neutrino LIquid xenon Coherent elastic Scattering)实验旨在检测来自堆芯反中子的协同弹性中子-核散射。为验证探测器概念并确保全规模实验的技术可靠性,设计、构建并运行了一个专用原型机。本工作概述了该原型机的设计、构造及运行性能,重点论及其主要子系统,包括TPC、 cryogenic及氦-氕纯化系统、慢速控制及数据采集。运行期间,探测器证明了达到RELICS物理计划所需亚 keV 能量阈值的能力,这体现在测得的单个电子增益为 34.30±0.0134.30\pm0.01(统计)PE/e^-,以及成功探测到 37{}^{37}Ar 的 0.27 keV L 壳衰变事件。此外,还开发并验证了必需的数据分析技术与仿真框架,为未来RELICS运行奠定了方法论基础。该原型机的成功建造与运行确认了核心技术的可行性,为最终RELICS探测器提供了关键实验依据。
