nuGeN实验对协同弹性中子-原子散射的新约束

摘要
nuGeN实验在卡尔金核电站进行协同弹性中子-原子散射(CEvNS)的搜索。部署有一个1.41 kg的高纯度低阈值德国仪器,周围有主动和被动屏蔽,距离反应堆中心距离为11.1米(由吊装机制允许的最近距离),利用了目前最具竞争力的实验之一的最高反中子通量。在能量阈值为0.29~keV的情况下,对在反应堆开启期间和关闭期间获得的计数率进行直接比较显示,统计上没有显著差异。基于剩余的ON减OFF计数率谱评估了CEvNS事件的新上限。
