摘要
海上风力涡轮机的安装过程需要使用昂贵的自升式船舶。这些船舶定期通过船舶自动识别系统（Automatic Identification System, AIS）报告其位置。本文介绍了一种将机器学习应用于自升式船舶 AIS 数据的新方法。我们将该新方法应用于丹麦、德国和英国水域的 13 个海上风电场。对于每个风电场，我们识别了相应船舶的各个涡轮机位置、单个安装时间、 transit 时间和港口停留时间。这一切仅使用 AIS 数据以自动化方式完成，无需涡轮机位置的先验知识，从而能够对整个安装过程进行详细描述。
