利用阻抗谱测定有机双注入器件中的双分子复合常数

摘要
提出了一种利用阻抗谱测定工作双注入二极管（如有机发光二极管（OLEDs）与有机光伏器件（OPVs））中双分子复合常数的方法。所提方法基于此前为解释在OLEDs与OPVs中均观测到的负电容而发展的理论。双分子复合常数的测定通过使用基于聚(9,9-二辛基芴-alt-苯并噻二唑)的工作聚合物发光二极管得以展示。这些阻抗谱测量因而使我们能够在工作的有机双注入二极管中确定所需的双分子复合系数以及电子与空穴漂移迁移率。
