摘要
长BGO(锗酸铋)和BSO(硅酸铋)晶体与硅光电二极管耦合,已用于探测最小电离粒子(MIP)。借助为此定制的低噪声放大器,这些晶体能以优异的信噪比探测MIP。核计数效应(NCE)也被清晰地观测并测量。还研究了在晶体周围全包裹与部分包裹反射体对光收集的影响。
