口腔癌语音是一种每年影响全球超过五十万人的疾病。迄今为止，对口腔癌语音的分析集中于朗读语音。在本文中，我们 1) 呈现并 2) 分析了一个从 YouTube 收集的时长三小时的自发性口腔癌语音数据集。3) 我们为该数据集上的口腔癌语音检测任务设定了基线。对这些可解释机器学习基线的分析表明，咝音和塞音是自发性口腔癌语音检测中最重要的指示特征。
