SwissFEL光源设施将提供波长范围为7–0.7 nm和0.7–0.1 nm的相干X射线。在SwissFEL中,视图屏和线扫描仪将用于监测具有归一化发射度0.4/0.2 mm·mrad和最终能量为5.8 GeV的200/10 pC电子束的横向轮廓。与视图屏相比,线扫描仪提供了一种准非破坏性的束流横向轮廓监测方式,且不受电子束可能的微聚束效应的影响。本文将讨论SwissFEL线扫描仪原型设计、实验室表征和束流测试的主要方面。
