阿塔卡马宇宙学望远镜上多色偏振计阵列的设计与部署

摘要

我们展示了近期部署在阿塔卡马宇宙学望远镜(ACT)上的、覆盖90和146 GHz宇宙微波背景(CMB)波段的多色偏振计阵列及其赋能的宽带光学系统的设计与初步天空性能(关于波束和通带)。组成像素是在NIST制造的馈源喇叭耦合多色偏振计。该阵列通过一组包含新型宽带超材料抗反射涂层的三个硅透镜耦合到ACT望远镜。该接收机代表了首个为CMB实验部署的多色探测器阵列,并为在下一代CMB实验中广泛使用多色探测器和宽带光学系统铺平了道路。
