Atacama Cosmology Telescope 上的 Advanced ACTPol 升级旨在利用四个在 150 mm 硅晶圆上制备的新型双色探测器阵列,改进对宇宙微波背景各向异性和偏振的测量。这些辐射热计相机使用 AlMn 跃变边缘传感器,并通过带正交模转换器的馈源喇叭实现偏振灵敏度。首个部署的相机对 150 GHz 和 230 GHz 均敏感。在此我们给出两个最新投入使用、各自对 90 GHz 和 150 GHz 敏感的阵列的热参数与光学效率的实验室表征。我们评估了各阵列参数的均匀性并给出系统不确定度的评价。最后,我们展示了这些阵列在台站现场的初始性能。
