摘要
提出了一种模拟带电粒子在硅探测器中感应电流信号的新方法。该方法基于 Ramo-Shockley 定理，在确定电荷载流子速度时，不仅考虑了由电极产生的外部电场，还计入了电子云与空穴云之间的库仑相互作用及其扩散效应。
