高激发半导体中密度依赖的声子极化激元态

摘要
从理论上研究了高光激发半导体中声子极化激元态的动力学方面。考虑了激子-激子相互作用和高密度激子的非玻色子特性的影响。利用格林函数方法并在随机相位近似下，表明声子极化激元的色散和阻尼对激子密度非常敏感，这表征了半导体的激发程度。
