交联半刚性聚合物网络的变形

摘要
纤维蛋白构成的网络在细胞机械学中发挥关键作用。这些细胞骨架网络以及各种交联蛋白和其他相关蛋白大大决定了细胞的（粘弹性）响应。在本文中，我们研究了交联刚性纤维的模型系统，以探讨应变下微观结构与细胞骨架网络宏观响应之间的联系。我们发现随着交联密度和纤维刚性的变化，存在两种不同的形变 regime：一种特征为仿射形变，另一种特征为非仿射形变。我们对这两种形变之间的临界进行了表征。
