摘要
我们通过实验证明了金刚石/Si 衬底上 NV 色心的衰减速率相对于裸 Si 衬底有两倍增强。我们将衰减增强归因于衬底模式激发与非辐射衰减通道存在之间的相互作用。我们表明,辐射衰减速率可随金刚石薄膜厚度变化高达 90%。
