摘要
本文研究了空间频域成像（SFDI）中特定强度的衰减行为。利用辐射传输方程表明，该衰减由不同衰减模式的叠加给出，这些模式的衰减率由空间频率和Case本征值决定。这解释了为何SFDI可聚焦于浅层区域。具有非零空间频率的光迅速衰减这一事实，使得仅提取层状介质顶层的光学特性成为可能。我们确定了固体仿体顶层的光学特性。该测量通过数值仿体的不同层状介质得到验证。
