铁磁体-反铁磁体结中的电流诱导共振

摘要
我们计算了铁磁体-反铁磁体结对高频磁场的响应，该响应是穿过结的自旋极化电流的函数。我们选择了在没有这种电流时响应为零的条件。结果表明，电流密度的增加会导致共振频率和共振吸收成比例增加。指出了利用铁磁体-反铁磁体结作为太赫兹辐射探测器的原理可能性。
