由振荡电流激发的反铁磁共振

摘要

在反铁磁材料中,序参量在可达太赫兹范围的频率上展现出共振模式,使其成为自旋电子器件中有趣的组件。本文表明,在由反铁磁绝缘体耦合到正常金属波导构成的系统中,可利用逆自旋霍尔效应激发反铁磁共振。研究了自旋转矩、交流自旋积累与磁自由度之间的时间依赖相互作用。发现反铁磁体的动力学影响正常金属的频率依赖电导率。此外,研究表明在反铁磁绝缘体中,由交流自旋电流引起的共振激发可比由电流诱导的奥斯特场激发效率高几个数量级。
