面向单晶硅量子处理器中自旋量子比特控制的低功耗60GHz晶体管放大器

摘要

本文报道了一种用于控制电子/空穴自旋量子比特的晶体管放大器的设计与实验表征,该放大器是单晶硅量子处理器中基本单元。该放大器在2 K下测试, exhibits S21为15 dB,工作频率为59 GHz,3dB带宽为52.5-67.5 GHz,功耗为2.16 mW。由于采用无电感主动网络拓扑结构,该放大器具有紧凑的核心面积0.18 x 0.19 mm2。
