我们研究了当流动速度达到临界速度时，运动自旋玻色 - 爱因斯坦凝聚体的不稳定性。我们基于朗道判据对此进行了识别，即某些元激发能量变为负值时的速度。我们表明，首先变得不稳定的激发是携带自旋的准粒子。我们还讨论了在更先进的平均场近似下临界速度的温度依赖性。
