本文给出绝热捷径 (shortcuts to adiabaticity) 的反绝热 (counterdiabatic) 形式体系的入门介绍，以使读者能较无障碍地阅读本专题其余部分中一些更专门的文章。文中给出了参考文献指南，因此本文也起到迷你综述的作用。
