超高能下的库仑激发

摘要
在之前的库仑激发理论研究中，电磁相互作用中矢量势的二次项被忽略了。在本文中，我们使用定性论证和详细的数值计算表明，当入射能量超过每核子约20 GeV时，必须包含这个二次项。
