垂直磁场下双量子阱中的库仑拖曳效应

摘要
在低温下，研究了相距为 的两个量子阱之间，在垂直磁场存在下，由电子-电子相互作用引起的动量转移（库仑拖曳效应）。我们发现，除了众所周知的也出现在拖曳效应中的Shubnikov-de Haas振荡外，动量转移还显著地被磁场增强。
