双量子阱中耦合等离激元模式的关联效应

摘要
在温度接近费米温度时，我们在 GaAs/AlGaAs 双量子阱电子系统中测量到了等离激元增强的库仑拖曳。该测量为耦合等离激元模式的多体修正提供了探针，我们给出了实验与理论的详细比较，以检验局域场理论的有效性。利用垂直磁场来提高磁等离激元能量，我们可以诱导向单粒子库仑散射的交叉。
