摘要
利用石墨烯自旋阀的同步磁力显微镜(MFM)与输运测量,我们将非局域自旋信号与器件电极的磁化关联起来。成像得到的磁化状态证实了一维自旋输运模型中各电极的影响,并提供了将畴壁钉扎与输运信号中的额外特征相关联的证据。
