摘要
窄线宽激光对从精密计量到传感系统的许多应用都十分重要。对这些激光的表征需要精确测量其频率噪声谱。在此我们展示一种相关自外差(COSH)方法,能够测量低至 0.01 Hz/Hz(在 1 MHz 偏移频率处)的频率噪声。该测量装置通过商用和实验室自建激光进行了表征,具有低光功率需求、快速采集时间和高强度噪声抑制的特点。
