摘要
探针相对于样品的非期望运动在扫描探针显微镜中是一个普遍存在的问题，会在实验图像中引起线性和非线性伪影。我们设计了一种流程，通过使用正交扫描对沿慢扫描方向逐行对齐来校正这些伪影。我们在合成和实验数据上展示了我们算法的准确性，并提供了我们方法的实现。
