超导单电子晶体管中的库珀对共振和亚能隙库仑阻塞

摘要
我们制备并测量了具有Al引线和Nb岛的超导单电子晶体管。在低于Nb能隙的偏置电压下，我们观察到库珀对共振隧穿以及由于Nb超导态密度中能级线宽展宽导致的亚能隙电流库仑阻塞的清晰特征。实验结果与数值模拟吻合良好。
