摘要
可抽气闸阀与自制的冷却套环相结合，可在不必拆卸敏感设备的情况下对超高真空室进行烘烤。在主流室放气的情况下，闭合闸阀上的小型抽气口为 TVIPS TemCam-XF416 成像电子探测器维持超高真空条件。安装在探测器外壳上的水冷套环防止了超高真空室烘烤时探测器受热。
