交互作用的凸分层检验

摘要
我们考虑在具有大量特征的两类问题中对所有成对交互作用进行检验。我们设计了一种分层检验框架，仅当一个或多个组成特征具有非零主效应时才考虑交互作用。该检验基于一个凸优化框架，能够无缝地同时考虑主效应和交互作用。我们在模拟研究以及来自 SAPPHIRe 研究的基因组数据集上表明，与标准（非分层）交互作用检验相比，该方法在统计功效和可解释性方面具有潜在优势。
