带外部扰动的投影与收缩算法的收敛性及其在稀疏信号恢复中的应用

摘要

本文研究了实希尔伯特空间中求解变分不等式(VI)问题的投影与收缩算法的有界扰动弹性。在 VI 关联映射的单调性及 Lipschitz 连续性的典型标准假设下,证明了扰动投影与收缩算法的收敛性。基于投影与收缩算法的有界扰动弹性,我们给出了若干惯性投影与收缩算法。此外,我们证明了扰动算法以 O(1/t)O(1/t) 的速率收敛。
