摘要
ZnO纳米结构薄膜通过化学浴沉积法在玻璃基底上制备,无需微波或高压釜的辅助。研究了溶质浓度对纯纤锌矿ZnO纳米结构形貌的影响。对溶质浓度的控制有助于以纳米针和纳米棒的形式控制纳米结构。
