通过快速热退火调控单个InAs量子点的精细结构分裂

摘要
亮单激子自旋态的简并是从量子点双激子衰变产生触发式偏振纠缠光子对的先决条件。然而通常由于面内不对称性,激子自旋态发生分裂。此处我们证明单个点的激子分裂可通过热退火调至零。重复退火使该点的激子发射线蓝移,伴随偏振分裂的减小与反转。还证明退火可控制任意选定点中激子与双激子跃迁之间的失谐。
