摘要
高能粒子探测器(HEPD-02)是第二颗中国地震电磁卫星(CSES-02)的有效载荷,由意大利利马杜合作组设计和建造。其目的是探测宇宙射线和辐射带俘获粒子,动能范围对电子为3-100 MeV,对质子为30-200 MeV。HEPD-02是首个使用基于单片有源像素传感器(MAPS)的径迹探测器的空间探测器。MAPS提供了高空间分辨率、低噪声、增强的鲁棒性和低生产成本。由于严格的功耗要求,在空间中运行MAPS面临重大挑战。为了满足这些约束,使用商用低功耗现场可编程门阵列(FPGA),设计并实现了定制的径迹数据获取(TDAQ)板和固件。本文论述了TDAQ单元的设计特点,使径迹探测器能够高效运行,并特别关注功耗性能。
