摘要
本文给出了强正则 Cayley 图的一种构造和斜 Hadamard 差集的一种构造。这两种构造均基于在有限域中选择割圆类，并且它们推广了 Feng 和 Xiang \cite{FX111,FX113} 给出的构造。我们获得了具有新参数的三个强正则图无限族。我们使用的主要工具是指标 2 Gauss 和，而非割圆数。
