本文描述如何对潜在的基于知识的系统应用开展可行性研究。其讨论了在三个标题下需考虑的因素:商业案例、技术可行性以及利益相关者问题。最后以一项针对指导外科医生诊断与治疗甲状腺疾病的 KBS 可行性研究作为案例收尾。
